Cancellation Policy
We get it—life happens. But in this galaxy, time is sacred (especially ours). If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. No-shows or late cancellations will result in a 50% service fee. This isn’t to be petty—it’s because that time was reserved just for you, and our artists orbit on a tight schedule. Running late? If you’re more than 10 minutes past your appointment time, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service (and the cancellation fee may still apply). We appreciate your understanding as we keep things fair, fabulous, and flowing.
